The representative result was very positive. The measured customer satisfaction is 84.5%. Honest advice, high-quality materials, outstanding craftsmanship, Made in Germany and adherence to deadlines and promises are of the utmost importance to our customers.
From the components “performance meaning” and “performance satisfaction”, individual customer satisfaction can be calculated. Here 90% of the customers are on a satisfaction level of over 50% and are therefore very satisfied. 36% are even so satisfied that one can speak of customer enthusiasm.
The high level of customer satisfaction is also visible in the willingness to recommend the company to others. Here, 85% of customers are prepared to recommend PLAYPARC to others. The strengths mentioned are above all the good advice, the good quality, the price-performance ratio, the adherence to delivery dates and the competence as well as the helpfulness and friendliness of the contact persons.
A comparison of competitors also confirms that PLAYPARC scores well in terms of innovation, service and product quality. However, we must continue to work on topics such as innovation, public image and project management in order to become even better.
